PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER (12-16 hours per week)
Working closely with the Executive Director and Curator, the Administrative Assistant oversees allaspects of administrative coordination and logistics for the Winnetka Historical Society. The Administrative Assistant’s primary role is to support the Executive Director performing a variety of routine to complex administrative, clerical and office duties.

APPLICATION INFORMATION: Work schedules are flexible, with hours typically taking place between Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week. Schedules will be determined with supervisor. The position is adaptable to individual interests, so interns may have the opportunity to work in more than one of the areas listed above. Interns work directly under the supervision of the curator and/or the museum director. We encourage students to apply for academic credit for their work and will support credit requests. All internships are unpaid.
