I Do, I Do features a century of wedding dresses along with accessories, formal announcements, scrapbook pages and photographs.
Discover beautiful wedding garments and accessories from the Society’s extensive textile collection. From the elegantly simple dress worn by Francis Kellogg Otis in her 1838 wedding to the extravagantly bejeweled dress worn by three generations of the Orr family at their 1881, 1949 and, 1982 weddings, museum visitors will enjoy the splendor of Winnetka weddings.
Beautifully detailed shoes, headpieces, and other accessories complement the dresses.
