In June 2001, the Winnetka Historical Society purchased a circa 1857 residence located at 411 Linden, just a short distance from the Village’s center.  It is one of the few remaining examples of Gothic Revival architecture in the Village. It has been designated as a local landmark by the Village Council.

The first floor of our headquarters contains exhibit space, a meeting area, our research room and library.  The second floor contains staff offices, curatorial and volunteer work space, and collections storage.
