Visiting the Schmidt-Burnham Log House
Visit the Winnetka Historical Society’s Schmidt-Burnham Log House and join us for old-fashioned fun. Tour our c.1837 log house and learn from costumed docents about the families who lived there and what our community was like 180 years ago.

Admission & Group Tour Fees
A donation is required for admission.
Looking for a fun and interesting experience for your group? We welcome scouts, school groups, seniors, camp groups, and more. Private group tour fee is $100; maximum of 25 visitors per group. Group tours last from 60 to 90 minutes, and can be customized to fit your needs. For more information and reservations call 847-446-0001 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
From I94: Exit Willow Road east, travel approximately 1 mile. The house is located just past Hibbard Road on the south side of the street.

Park on Euclid to the west or on Willow Road just east of the house, in front of Crow Island School. There is limited parking on the gravel drive to the west of the house.
